I am currently reading a book by Rujuta Diwekar on how to lose weight. I am quite impressed by the gyan given by her about keeping fit. Her 3 tips to healthy life is interesting to say the least ...
1. Don't have tea/coffee first thing in the morning and don't skip breakfast in any cost.
2. Have measured meals every 2 hours.
3. Change your food intake depending on the activity you are doing i.e. reduce your intake if you are just slothing around; increase when you are really doing physical activity
